Pickup and Delivery Questions
Once you are in the system, you get to choose your pick up and delivery dates and times.
We include a $4.99 delivery fee for our Falls Church and Northern Virginia laundry pickup and delivery service. This helps our local laundry “fetchers” cover gas and ensure your wash and fold is delivered on time.

For our professional wash and fold laundry service in Falls Church and Northern Virginia, a minimum order applies. Walk-in wash and fold has a 15-pound minimum, and laundry pickup and delivery requires a 20-pound minimum. These minimums help us provide fast, affordable per-pound laundry service while keeping pricing transparent for our local customers.
Scheduling your laundry pickup in Falls Church or Northern Virginia is simple. Just click the “Schedule a Pickup” button, enter your information, and book your wash and fold pickup in under two minutes. Our easy online system makes it fast to arrange reliable laundry pickup and delivery without a phone call.
Your clean, professionally washed and folded laundry will be delivered back to your home within 48 hours of pickup. Express service is available. For customers scheduling a Thursday laundry pickup in Falls Church or Northern Virginia, delivery is completed on Saturday. Our reliable laundry pickup and delivery service ensures fast turnaround for busy households across Falls Church, Arlington, Merrifield, and surrounding Northern VA communities.
You do not have to be home to use our service. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to look for it. Please make sure it is a secure location. Julio's Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These preferences are saved and will be done each time, unless you change them.
There is not a contract. We are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
When you create your account, we ask for your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your service is complete.
For your first order, please place your clothes in 13-gallon kitchen bag marked with your name and for 'Julio's Laundry'.
If you are signed up for regular service and you plan to go out of town, you can log into your account and suspend service until you return.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can leave your laundry with us at our laundromat any time between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
We use a premium detergent by default, with optional free & clear detergent, dryer sheets, and fabric softener available upon request.

For our per-pound wash and fold laundry service in Falls Church, VA and throughout Northern Virginia, a 15-pound minimum applies to all walk-in orders. This helps us provide fast, high-quality laundry service at competitive local pricing.
There is a two-day turnaround time for our wash and fold service. Express is ready next day.
We do not. We will never wash your laundry with any other customers. We know this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.

Yes, we have helpful attendants on hand from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Our machines use coins. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
