Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service on Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursdays between 6:00pm and 10pm.

With by-the-bag pricing you pay the same price per bag no matter how full or how empty the bag is.
If you have a by-the-pound order, the minimum is 20 pounds.
Scheduling is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and fill in your information. It usually takes less than two minutes.
Your clean, folded laundry will be returned to you in 48 hours. Thursday pickups are returned on Sunday.
You do not have to be home to use our service. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to look for it. Please make sure it is a secure location. Julio's Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These preferences are saved and will be done each time, unless you change them.
There is not a contract, and you can cancel at any time. We are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
When you create your account, we ask for your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your service is complete.
For your first order, please place your clothes in 13-gallon kitchen bag marked with your name and for 'Julio's Laundry'. If you sign up for subscription service, you will get your clean clothes returned to you in one of Julio's laundry bags.
If you are signed up for regular service and you plan to go out of town, you can log into your account and suspend service until you return.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can leave your laundry with us at our laundromat any time between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
We use a premium detergent by default, with optional free & clear detergent, dryer sheets, and fabric softener available upon request.
We offer by-the-bag pricing, so you always know how much you are paying for your laundry up front. Take a look at our pricing page for more information.
With by-the-bag pricing you pay the same price for the bag if it is semi-full or completely full.

There is a two-day turnaround time for our wash and fold service.
We do not. We will never wash your laundry with any other customers. We know this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm daily.
Yes, we have helpful attendants on hand from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Our machines use coins. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we have 60 pound machines that can handle multiple loads and bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
